RHC Expectations
Grades
Remember, grades for the entire year count toward the student’s GPA. Students must maintain a 3.0 GPA in order to remain in the Honors College.
Discipline and Attendance
As a member of the Riverdale Honors College, students are expected to maintain exceptional attendance and disclipline records, in addition to good grades.
The exceptations for discipline and attendance are posted on the RHC website. Students and parents will receive an email or phone should the student be placed on probation for any reason.

New Member Induction
MTSU - Student Union Ballroom
Mark you calenders: On October 15 at 7:00 pm, we will hold an induction ceremony for new members at MTSU in the Student Union Ballroom. Additional information will be sent via email and Remind once details are finalized.
Community Service Reminders
All RHC members are required to complete 20 hours of community service annually. The hours need validation from the activity sponsor, who must fill out a confirmation form in ink for the student to submit to the reporting form. Links for both documents are available on the RHC Community Service page.
Students under probation for the 23-24 school year must finish and submit their hours by the end of Fall break. Failure to do so will lead to their removal from RHC.
Community service hours for the 24-25 school year must be completed by April 30. Seniors who do not fulfill their hours will not receive an RHC graduation stole/cord.

Fundraiser
We are participating in the RHS Homecoming pigout event again this year. This event allows clubs and teams to raise money while students get to have a little fun at lunch.
RHC will be selling sodas again this year. We are asking for donations of canned drinks for this event. while all donations are appreciated, we would prefer the most common brands of drinks such as Coke, Diet Coke, Sprite, and Dr. Pepper as those tend to sell best. Drinks can be delivered to room 506, 504, or 709. If you leave them in the office, please make sure the staff is aware that they are donations for the honors college.
To the parents and students that already sent in donations, THANK YOU!!!!
