Brad Deas

Staff Spotlight

In his first year at Riverdale, Mr. Deas has already shown unwavering passion for our school and the community it serves. As an enthusiastic member of the Environmental Science team, he brings both a love for knowledge and his heart to his role, making him a favorite among his students and colleagues. With a perpetually positive attitude, he approaches each day with enthusiasm that elevates the atmosphere in our school. One of his students said that he makes their morning great because he is so funny and that he is the “best teacher ever.” What truly sets Mr. Deas apart is his commitment to self-improvement; he consistently seeks ways to enhance his teaching and connect with his students better. We can't wait to see the positive impact he will continue to make here at Riverdale, and we are fortunate to have him as part of our educational community.

Student Spotlight

Bella Williams is a member of the RHS Lady Warriors softball team, works in Spear Gear, and is a member of the Riverdale Honors College. She is a very kind person who will stand up for what she believes to be right. She always treats people with kindness and isn’t afraid to admit when she is wrong. She is considerate of her classmates and the adults in her life. She is always willing to stay after softball practice to help the younger girls become more proficient in their skills. She also lends her ear to the freshman and helps them acclimate to high school life. She is dependable, hardworking, and fun to be around. She is a great example to all Warriors.

Please click on the link below to submit your quote. Keep the following in mind before you submit:

  • You can only submit one quote - this needs to be done through your school email.
  • Your quote needs to be school appropriate, clean, and non-offensive.
  • All quotes are vetted through Mrs. Peck personally before publication. Only quotes she deems appropriate will be published. If your quote is inappropriate, you will not have a second chance to submit one; so, think carefully before you submit.

Only students who have had their senior portraits taken with Smilestone will have a quote published. No picture = no quote.
