Jacqueline Grever

Staff Spotlight

Ms. Grever is such a bright light in the AN hallway. Her students call her “amazing” and “funny” and say that she has a way of teaching English that makes it more fun and easier to understand. Her positive attitude and fun spirit make working alongside her so easy and enjoyable. She motivates her students and her colleagues to push themselves to be the best version. She gives everything she has to this school every single day. She is a pep rally leader, has helped with the dance team, and attends school events to show support for students and colleagues.

Student Spotlight

According to his teachers, Ethan is a diligent and hardworking student. He consistently demonstrates respect towards others and maintains a positive attitude. Ethan is a member of the Riverdale Honors College. He also serves as a positive role model and leader within the chess club, where he has actively participated and emerged victorious in several tournaments.

SMART CARDS


Rutherford County Smart Cards are available now through Riverdale's Choir Department! If you need a Smart Card, please email the choir director, Brenda Williams (williamsb@rcschools.net) and let her know. We have Rutherford County and several surrounding counties available.


Also available is the new APP for the City Saver Coupon Book. This "book" from previous years is now an app that contains all those wonderful coupons.


Both of these are available for $20.00 - cash or check.

For those unfamaliar with Pigout, many of our teams, clubs, and organizations use this event as a fundraising opportunity. We have food trucks and booths, items for sale, and games available. Students will need money their own money for this event. They spend $20 on average. Regular lunch will be served in the cafeteria as well.

Summer Travel opportunities

Passport

We have a trip planned for Greece in June of 2024. This trip is open to members of the Riverdale Honors College and those students that who will be rising juniors and seniors or recent graduates at the time of travel. Families are also welcome. All trips are planned through EF Tours, a reputable travel partner used by schools nationwide, including many in Rutherford County. There are still spots available. Clear Bag Policy

Clear bags are now required for all athletic events per RCS school policy.


We have RHS clear bags for sale. We have a crossbody, a tote, and a fanny pack.


You can purchase these online with SchoolCash or you can see Coach King in the Annex. Also, we will have them for sale at the football gate for each home game.


All bags are $15.00.
